Trend del momento o nuovo stile di vita?<\/h2>\n<p>Ricercare <strong>alimenti e bevande &#8220;sugar free\u201d<\/strong> \u00e8 una tendenza sempre pi\u00f9 diffusa negli ultimi mesi. Un alimento come lo zucchero,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>che per molti era irrinunciabile, oggi \u00e8 sempre pi\u00f9 considerato come nocivo e privo di alcun valore nutrizionale.<\/p>\n<p>Questo trend ha portato numerose aziende del settore food a <strong>ripensare i propri prodotti in ottica sugar free<\/strong>, abolendo completamente o quasi l&#8217;utilizzo dello zucchero, senza per\u00f2 sacri\ufb01care la dolcezza. Parlando di bevande, l\u2019utilizzo sempre pi\u00f9 frequente dei <strong>dolci\ufb01canti derivanti dalla frutta<\/strong> (essenze di frutti tropicali, bacche di goji\u2026) potrebbe portare anche i pi\u00f9 accaniti consumatori di zucchero a optare per prodotti sugar free.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;uso di aromi naturali sostitutivi dello zucchero ma altrettanto gustosi e privi di additivi chimici, \u00e8 senza dubbio la s\ufb01da pi\u00f9 complessa per aziende e consumatori. Un forte incentivo, almeno per questi ultimi, \u00e8 la sempre pi\u00f9 diffusa consapevolezza dei grandi <strong>bene\ufb01ci delle bevande senza zuccheri arti\ufb01ciali<\/strong>: riducono sensibilmente il rischio di diabete tipo 2, carie e altri problemi ai denti in quanto i batteri presenti nel cavo orale si nutrono proprio degli zuccheri che ingeriamo.<\/p>\n<p>Al contrario, i<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span><strong>dolci\ufb01canti arti\ufb01ciali<\/strong> spesso usati dalle aziende per garantire a propri prodotti una dolcezza simile a quella dello zucchero, possono causare diversi problemi al nostro organismo. Inoltre, molti studi dimostrano come alcuni dolci\ufb01canti pubblicizzati come sugar free,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>in realt\u00e0 contengono sostanze chimiche ben pi\u00f9 dannose dello zucchero stesso.<\/p>\n<p>Sicuramente cambiare i propri gusti non \u00e8 per nulla facile, ma alternative sane e altrettanto golose esistono. Basterebbe evitare il pi\u00f9 possibile le bevande zuccherate, prediligendo prodotti a base di <strong>stevia<\/strong> o altri aromi naturali, e non accontentarsi mai di quanto ci propongono centri commerciali e negozi di alimentari. La <strong>ricerca costante del prodotto sano e sugar free<\/strong> non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 un\u2019attivit\u00e0 cos\u00ec complessa e dispendiosa come lo era tempo fa.
