The service consists in the installation of sorbet makers and the provision of mixes of fruit sorbets and cold creams for self-service distribution or distribution through operator.
Flavours can be selected among the following:
- green apple
- yoghurt cream
- coffee cream
- chocolate semifreddo
- vanilla semifreddo
The distribution of sorbets and ice creams can be done either within the restaurant, in replacement of or as an alternative to traditional fruit and dessert, or at bars. The final product, thanks to the selection of raw materials and the characteristics of the equipment, carries a high-quality standard.
